How does the 72-hour re-export window work?
When you pay for an image on the web variant, you can re-export the PDF up to five times within the next 72 hours — useful if something goes wrong on first print or if you tweak the configuration. The image is recognised on re-upload by identical file content; cropped variants or different configurations still count against the same window.
I paid but the PDF won't open.
Reload the page, re-upload the original image and try the export again — within the 72-hour window this doesn't count as a new purchase. If it still fails, write to us with your PayPal order ID; we can trace it in the backend.
How do I restore a native IAP purchase?
Open the app and tap "Restore purchases" on the export screen. The app asks your Apple or Google account for previous purchases and unlocks the lifetime mode or single-export credits automatically.
What board size should I pick?
Default 60 cm fits a typical wall piece. Larger (80–100 cm) is only worth it if you have wall to spare — bump nail count to 400–500 in that case, otherwise strings get too loose. Smaller than 30 cm gets fiddly during build.
How do I transfer the layout onto the board?
The PDF (page "Nail Layout") includes a 1:1 template. Print it at actual size (tape together for sizes > A3), mark the centre, draw a circle at the radius listed in the PDF, then place nails at the listed spacing — Nail 1 is explicitly marked as start.
What thread should I use?
Polyester yarn 0.8 to 1.2 mm, in a colour that contrasts the board. Black on wood or white on dark blue works best. The materials list in the PDF estimates total length based on your configuration.
Can we use Lineon without an account?
Yes. Native apps have no account; purchases run through Apple IAP / Google Play Billing. Web also has no account — pay per image via PayPal, the HMAC fingerprint identifies your paid image on re-export.
Is any data sent to Qorvano° or third parties?
Native: no, all on-device. Web: only an anonymous HMAC fingerprint of your image plus timestamp and export counter. No images, no PDFs, no PayPal order IDs in our database. Details in the privacy policy.
